Novolex in Prospect, NJ is seeking an Inventory Resin Control Specialist to manage inventory records for plastic resins, additives and colorants, ensuring accurate material flow for blown film production. You will support warehouse operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material handling.

The role requires forklift certification, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Material Handler experience in blown film or similar manufacturing.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts.
• Understanding of blown film production materials (resins, additives, colors).
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload raw materials (resins, additives, colorants) into storage or production equipment.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and report discrepancies.
• Store materials and finished rolls in designated warehouse locations.
• Retrieval and delivery of materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Assist in setup and preparation for blown film production following orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
