Job summary

Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA, is seeking a Resin Application Lead Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri) to lead a crew producing Honeycomb Core Blocks.

Qualifications include 3+ years in manufacturing, lead experience preferred, ERP transaction ability, and English proficiency. Forklift operation certification is required; overtime and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Lead experience preferred; responsibilities include guiding a crew and coordinating tasks.
• Experience performing ERP transactions is preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in the Legacy work center producing Honeycomb Core Blocks.
• Operate all equipment in the Resin Application process.
• Prioritize and manage the production schedule to meet daily requirements.
• Direct operators to tasks during the shift and coordinate training.
• Document traceability of products and perform ERP transactions.
• Coordinate training and cross-train to other departments as needed.
• Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
