Job summary

Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA is hiring a C4 Operator for the 3rd shift (8:00 PM–4:30 AM, Mon–Fri). The job involves manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential after full training.

Training runs 4:00 PM–12:30 PM, Mon-Fri for about 2–3 months. Candidates should have 2+ years manufacturing experience, be able to read/write English, lift 80+ pounds, and be prepared for

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two person lift available).
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Drug screen and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Shearing and stretching of hobes.
• Loading sheets into the machine.
• Monitoring the production process.
• Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key.
• Duties are physically demanding.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided).
• Basic housekeeping and machine maintenance.
• Active participation in operational improvement activities.
• Willing to cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed.

Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:

C4 Operator - 3rd Shift

8p-430a M-F

*Train 4a-1230p M-F for approximately 2-3 months

$20.00/hr.

Plus $2.00/hr Shift Differential once fully trained and working 3rd shift.

The job is responsible for manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Shearing and stretching of hobes.
• Loading sheets into the machine.
• Monitoring the production process.
• Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key.
• The duties of this job are physically demanding.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided).
• Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance.
• Active participation in operational improvement activities.
• Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
• Other task as needed and flexibility is key.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required.
• Have legible handwriting/printing and good basic math skills.
• Highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two person lift is available).
• Wear full-face respirator for certain tasks/duties.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
