Innovation Learning in Ingleside, IL is hiring a part-time Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Gavin Central Elementary School. You will work 6:30-8:30 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM, five days a week, supporting students with enrichment, homework help, and social-emotional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old or older.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps or youth organizations preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Promote respect, responsibility, and resilience; support positive behavior.
• Ensure student safety and well-being; assist with daily program setup and dismissal.
