Job summary

Innovation Learning is seeking a Resilience Coach for a part-time role based at Westfield School in Winthrop Harbor, IL. This position supports school-aged students with mentorship, enrichment, and academic help before and after school, during breaks, and in summer programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Assist with daily program setup and cleanup.
• Support student check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
