Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to strengthen organizational resilience by developing and maintaining continuity and disaster recovery plans, incident response playbooks, and testing exercises. You will serve as the on-call contact for disruptions and collaborate with departments to assess impacts and recovery priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of related experience, a BA/BS, and strong project management, communication, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Strong project management skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and incident response playbooks.
Serve as on-call contact rotating for disruptions and coordinate with departments.
Design and evaluate exercises to test continuity and incident plans.
Support platform use and development for continuity and incident management.
Apply project management skills to execute initiatives with scope, timelines, and resources.
Prepare leadership reports on continuity, emergency management, and security metrics.
Perform related duties as assigned.
