The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 21+ years old, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Aligned with mission, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct.

Responsabilités

• Implement Teaching Family Model principles to build skills.
• Provide counseling on life skills, relationships, hygiene, work habits.
• Supervise residents and maintain daily structure and routines.
• Ensure safety, crisis intervention, and apply basic first aid as needed.
• Support spiritual development and biblical values in daily activities.
• Collaborate with treatment team and families on progress and goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and report maintenance needs.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and logs on time.
