Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years full-time direct care experience in youth care or related settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct care experience with youth in juvenile justice, correctional facilities, or residential centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee court-placed youth in residential facilities, ensuring safety and security.
• Participate on a youth’s support team to address emotional and behavioral needs.
• Engage with youths and families to maintain professional relationships and support education and transition goals.
• Utilize harm-reduction strategies to manage conflicts and supervise youth activities.
