Center for Family Services seeks an experienced Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential youth facility. This in-person role requires leadership, staff supervision, budget management, and close collaboration with the youth treatment team to ensure safety and program adherence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to empowering youth.

Competenze

• Master's degree in relevant field with 3 years' supervisory experience in youth residential/behavioral health settings.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5 years' supervisory experience in youth residential/behavioral health settings.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative oversight and supervision to program staff and maintain supervisory documentation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct monthly supervision and annual performance evaluations with feedback.
• Create staffing schedules and ensure 24/7 staffing in compliance with licensing requirements.
• Manage program budget and seek cost savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure licensing compliance and safety protocols; address regulatory issues.
• Build relationships with community organizations and external agencies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and assess program outcomes.
• Coordinate crisis intervention protocols with a multidisciplinary team and respond to emergencies.
