Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, NH seeks a Residential Youth Counselor to mentor at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting. You will supervise daily living activities, model positive behavior, and support youths in building life skills and resilience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, OR 60 college credits.
• OR 2 years of experience working with youth.
• OR 7 years of parenting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior.
• Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation).
• Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention.
• Foster social, emotional, and coping skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment.

What You'll Do:

Shifts Available:

• Front Half: Sun 8a–10:30p; Mon–Wed 2p–10:30p
• Back Half: Wed–Fri 2p–10:30p; Sat 8a–10:30p

Salary Information

$20 - $20Hourly Wage
