Mount Prospect Academy seeks an Awake Overnight Residential Youth Counselor to supervise youth in a therapeutic setting in Hampton, NH. The role offers a 4-day work week with overnight shifts and opportunities for overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits.
• 2 years of experience working with youth.
• 7 years of parenting experience.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety.
• Assist with bedtime and morning routines.
• Conduct compassionate bed checks every 15 minutes.
• Support crisis intervention and positive behavior reinforcement.
• Engage youth in meaningful, life-relevant programming.
• Document incidents and progress accurately.
