Job summary

Five Star Nursing in Schwenksville, PA is seeking a Juvenile Support Aide to provide safe oversight and supervision of adjudicated youth in a structured residential program. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of experience in the care, custody, or supervision of youth or adults in a human services, education, corrections, behavioral health, or related setting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all mandatory background clearances (see below).

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth during daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Escort residents to and from school, medical appointments, and scheduled activities.
• Monitor and document behavior, ensuring safety and compliance with program policies.
• Assist with routines such as hygiene, religious services, and recreational activities.
