Job summary

Five Star Nursing seeks a Juvenile Support Aide to supervise and support adjudicated youth in a residential setting. You will ensure safety during daily activities, escort residents to appointments, and document behavior, contributing to a structured environment focused on development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of experience in the care, custody, or supervision of youth or adults in a human services, education, corrections, behavioral health, or related setting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all mandatory background clearances (see below).

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth during daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Escort residents to and from school, medical appointments, and scheduled activities.
• Monitor and document behavior, ensuring safety and compliance with program policies.
• Assist with routines such as hygiene, religious services, and recreational activities.
• Support team efforts to maintain a structured, secure environment conducive to youth development.
