The role starts early with a 6:30 AM schedule, loading materials, and visiting customer homes to perform high-quality window and door installations. You will remove old spaces, install replacements, and ensure a clean, professional result.

The position emphasizes safety, customer experience, and on-time execution, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
