Join our Grand Rapids, MI team as an Installer and help us deliver exceptional window and exterior remodel experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations professionals.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or a desire to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and smartphone for company systems

What You’ll Contribute

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport
• Install windows and exterior doors
• Maintain cleanliness and care for customer homes post-installation
• Enjoy steady, year-round work
