Role Details

As an Installer in Grand Rapids, MI, you will deliver exceptional window and exterior remodel experiences, reporting to the Installation Manager, collaborating with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail, ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and smartphone for company systems

Responsibilities

• Meet at warehouse at 6:30AM, prepare materials, load trucks
• Drive to customer sites, establish rapport
• Install windows and doors, clean up post-installation
• Maintain steady year-round work
