Requirements to Succeed

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Smartphone or device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication

Role Responsibilities

• Meet at warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet and establish rapport
• Install windows and exterior doors
• Ensure cleanliness and care for customer’s home post-installation
• Enjoy steady, year-round work
