Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage loans.
• Knowledgeable in loan origination, loan servicing, credit and collateral.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders across loan acquisition stages.
• Review custodial exception reports and identify material/fatal exceptions.
• Review post-close diligence reports to ensure Onslow Bay criteria are met.
• Communicate Onslow Bay’s position on loan conditions and pipeline statuses.
• Handle seller requests and escalations promptly.
• Work with LOS, rate lock portals, diligence, and internal loan management systems.
