Howard Air & Plumbing seeks an experienced Experienced Residential Water Treatment Sales Consultant to turn water problems into the right home solutions in the Phoenix area. You will perform in-home testing, identify concerns, and confidently close sales for softeners, RO systems, and whole-home filtration.

We value consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex water concepts clearly to homeowners. Expect uncapped earning potential and a dedicated support team.

Qualifications

• In-home water treatment sales experience preferred.
• Experience testing residential water and explaining results to homeowners.
• Proven success in in-home consultative sales and closing high-value projects.
• Ability to explain softening, conditioning, filtration, and drinking water differences.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home water quality consultations with residential homeowners.
• Perform and explain basic residential water testing and results.
• Recommend appropriate residential water treatment solutions.
• Present and sell water softeners, water conditioners, RO systems, and whole-home filtration.
• Develop clear proposals and financing options.
• Close sales in the home and maintain follow-up communications.
• Document customer information, recommendations, estimates, and activities in the system.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to deliver a great customer experience.
