Job summary

Liberty Waste Solutions in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Residential Collection Driver (Rear Load) to join our team and ensure safe, reliable collection of waste and recyclables from residential neighborhoods.

You will operate a rear-end loader, log routes, and report to dispatch while maintaining safety, reliability, and customer service on every run. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to PPE, and teamwork to meet daily workload.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (preferred)
• Ability to safely operate a residential rear-load waste collection vehicle
• Excellent communication with dispatch, customers, and team

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential rear end loader on assigned routes
• Log/report information to dispatch using electronic devices
• Safely collect residential waste and recyclables
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain PPE
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to issues on routes
