Liberty Waste Solutions is seeking a Commercial Driver - Front Load in Winston-Salem, NC. You will safely collect residential waste and recyclables, operate a rear end loader, and report via dispatch tools.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer service to meet daily collection needs. Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL-B with a clean driving record and have 2 years of experience; knowledge of local geography is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record (2 years preferred).
• Experience in waste management is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to operate a waste collection vehicle and controls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential rear end loader truck on assigned routes.
• Log/report information to dispatch via electronic devices.
• Communicate with dispatch and management; report delays or breakdowns.
• Ensure PPE is worn and vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and safely lift/move loads.
