Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Knowledge of local geography and road networks is beneficial.
• Ability to operate a waste collection vehicle safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential rear end loader truck on assigned routes.
• Log/report information to dispatch using electronic devices.
• Communicate with dispatch personnel and report delays or breakdowns.
• Perform pre/post trip truck inspections and maintain PPE compliance.
• Safely collect residential waste and recyclables and follow traffic laws.
