Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with adolescents in educational or residential settings.
• Experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible point of contact for students and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Build relationships with students and support attendance in programs.
• Assist with front desk operations and substitute teacher coordination.
• Schedule and oversee college representative visits and related counseling activities.
• Coordinate student life activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
