Job summary

EF Academy in Pasadena seeks a University Counseling Coordinator to support its University & Academic Counseling (UAC) team, Residential Life, and Dean Team. Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, approachable point of contact for students and provide day-to-day support and problem-solving.
• Support UAC with educational and extracurricular programming and college planning activities.
• Coordinate front desk operations and campus communications to students, families, and staff.
