Job summary

Community Care Alliance is seeking a Residential Treatment Worker to support residents in Cumberland and Woonsocket. You will help implement case management services and programs in a 24/7 staffed residence, ensuring alignment with Recovery plans and goals.

The role includes facilitating weekend activities to promote socialization, community integration, and wellbeing, with driving responsibilities and certifications required.

Qualifications

• Associates or currently pursuing a Human Services degree with 2 years of experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driving record with ability to transport residents; CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing case management services, programs and activities in a 24/7 staffed residence.
• Provide support to residents according to individual Recovery plans/goals.
• Facilitate recreational weekend activities (arts and crafts, wellness) to increase socialization, community integration, and well-being.
