The Residential Treatment Coordinator develops and monitors individual residential patient treatment programs, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. Responsibilities include conducting on-site staffings, training, and programming as required. The role involves performing toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds using approved techniques. Additionally, the coordinator trains direct care staff and reviews programs at the residential location.
