Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, healthcare, transportation, or crisis intervention environments.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport clients to appointments, activities, admissions, discharges and other destinations.
• Maintain professional, trauma-informed care in interactions with clients.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain safety/compliance logs.
• Documentation and logs related to client transport and incident reporting.
• Conduct facility patrols and support safety initiatives.
• Assist staff during behavioral crises using approved de-escalation techniques.
• Support emergency response procedures and operational needs.
