Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health Authority (NeMCMHA) is seeking a Direct Care Worker/Residential Training Worker to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in group homes and community settings. You’ll help with daily living tasks, transportation, and documentation, delivering compassionate care to promote independence.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
