Job summary

NuPath, Inc. in Woburn, MA seeks a Full Time Service Worker for a floater team leader role across multiple Day Programs. The position supports participants with daily living, community engagement, and safety protocols at several sites in Eastern Massachusetts.

The role requires First Aid/CPR and related training, a BA or CNA is encouraged, and a commitment to providing dignified, person-centered care in a supportive environment. Competitive benefits available.

• BA degree and a CNA are encouraged but not required.
• Experience with person-centered support is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist NuPath Day Program participants to live a healthy lifestyle.
• Support individuals in community activities and residential supports as part of the floater role.
• Ensure case management, advocacy, safety, and records follow agency protocols.
• Attend staff and supervision meetings and follow all agency policies.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, Map, PABC trained
• Work location varies between programs as assigned

Location: Woburn, Lincoln and Lowell
Salary Range:$21.86 plus $1.00 more for Map Certification
Schedule: 40 hrs Sunday 3p-11p, Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 3p-11p Friday 3p-11p and Saturday 9a-5p

This Residential Team Leader position is a floater position. A floater is assigned to a maximum of 4 residential programs. The floater has a set weekly schedule, but the work location will be of the programs assessed by the Associate Director of Residential Services.

Job Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist and support the individuals of NuPath Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle, in a clean, safe, secure community life.
• To support individuals, through either day supports or residential supports, to be an integral part of their communities and to choose and participate in the community activities of their choice.
• Ensure all aspects and protocols of case management, advocacy, safety, and community membership, and case records are followed.
• Follow all agency policies and attend/participate actively in staff and supervision meetings.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, Map, PABC trained
• Due to the requirements of this position we are seeking a Male staff in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification Requirement (BFFQ).
