Job summary

First American's Direct division is seeking a sales-focused professional to build client relationships and secure new orders within the residential Real Estate market. You will develop call plans, engage with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and attorneys, and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.

You will actively participate in industry events, collaborate with marketing on local campaigns, and deliver compelling presentations while coordinating with Operations and Escrow teams

Qualifications

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and develops, presents and implements plans to meet those needs.
