Job summary

First American's Direct division is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our client base in Ogden, UT. You will build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys, identify opportunities, and execute plans to meet sales goals.

With 2-5 years in residential title/real estate sales and a valid driver's license, you will travel regionally, present solutions, and collaborate with marketing and escrow teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, lenders and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and develops plans to meet those needs.
• Attends real estate industry events to increase visibility and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborates with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence to support sales strategy.
• Delivers presentations to customer groups and other stakeholders.
• Interacts daily with operations, marketing and escrow teams.
• Communicates proactively with clients and responds in a timely manner.
