Job summary

First American is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our client base in the title insurance and real estate services space. You will build relationships, secure new orders, and maintain existing customers within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include developing call plans, presenting solutions, and attending industry events to enhance brand presence. A strong track record of meeting sales goals and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in residential Title/Real estate industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to listen to customers and respond to their needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships and secures new orders from new customers.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops a call plan for qualified agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and develops plans to meet those needs.
• Attends real estate industry events to increase market presence and brand awareness.
• Collaborates with internal marketing to drive local marketing Content and social media presence.
