Job summary

Horizon Recovery, located in Peoria, AZ, seeks a House Therapist for a 10-bed Behavioral Health Residential Facility. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, evaluate needs, and develop and monitor treatment plans under the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related licensable field.
• Current state licensure or certification as a therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Experience with adolescent population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups at a 10-bed behavioral health residential facility.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and document client progress.
• Conduct initial evaluations, ongoing progress evaluations, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, House Supervisor and family/guardians when creating treatment goals.
