Job Description

PsychPros is seeking a Residential Therapist to provide clinical services to adolescents and young adults in Castalia, Ohio. The Therapist will manage a caseload of approximately five clients, focusing on counseling, case management, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include fostering a therapeutic environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and promoting positive client outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work or Counseling.
• Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or higher.
• EMDR Certification (required within first 90 days).

Previous experience in residential or outpatient behavioral health settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and behavioral health interventions is preferred. Familiarity with QRTP standards, CANS assessments, and RTIS systems is also advantageous.

The compensation package includes a quarterly retention bonus, health insurance, student loan forgiveness, and a 401K starting Day 1.
