Remote Therapist - Contractor - LCSW or LPC - Pennsylvania Licensed

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Pennsylvania as a contractor. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health care.

Position Details

• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants with 10 hours of availability per week, scheduled within 9am-8pm local time, on a consistent basis.
• Deliver outcome-based, short-term treatment programs (8 to 20 sessions).
• Monitor progress, document sessions, and coordinate care with team members.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and handling safety concerns as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Ability to commit to 10+ hours weekly.
• Eligible to be enrolled in Medicare or able to opt-out prior to starting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
• Passionate about improving lives through behavioral health care.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $28.61 to $56.06, depending on experience and location. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, and 401k options.
