• Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and treatment planning in a home-like setting.
• Coordinate care with internal and external agencies to support residents' recovery and stability.
• Support skill development in daily living, socialization, and behavior management.
• Participate in crisis response, case management, and team collaboration to ensure safety and effective care.
• Must hold a relevant license (e.g., LCMHC, LCSW, LPC) with at least 2 years of experience working with behavioral health and substance use disorders.
• Requires strong communication, therapeutic skills, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
