Job summary

A non-profit mental health organization seeks a Resident Technician in Canton, Ohio to provide support and supervision to clients in residential programs. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid Ohio driver's license. Opportunities include Full-Time and Part-time shifts, and a detailed benefits package is offered, including generous time off and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Individuals in recovery must have a minimum of one year of sobriety.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check.
• Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

CommQuest seeks a Full-Time, Part-time, and PRN (on-call) Residential Technician to work at our Residential and Detox facilities in Canton and Massillon, Ohio. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all clients and visitors.

What you'll do:

Schedule:

Shifts available:

We have Full-time 8 & 12 hour shifts and Part-time shifts available. Can be worked in a combination of days, afternoons, or midnights and weekends or weekends only. Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! Shift differential for midnight shifts!

PRN (on-call) consists of a minimum of 4 shifts per month as needed for days, afternoons, midnights and/or weekends. There is a shift differential for midnight shifts!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record
• Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the CommQuest mission and create connections
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check
• Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients
