Skills of Central PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional or CNA to become the Residential Team Leader in East Berlin, PA. This supervisory role directs assigned staff daily, ensuring quality service and compliance with program requirements.

The position requires flexibility, ability to cover various shifts (including weekends/holidays), and on-call duties. CNA candidates receive a higher pay rate; certification support is offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years working directly with individuals who require specialized services is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Direct staff on a daily basis to ensure quality of service.
• Perform supervisory duties and be available for on-call as needed.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reviews; monitor Behavior Support Plans.
• Schedule staff and participate in staff performance evaluations.
