Job summary

NuPath, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Service Worker in Burlington, MA to join a floater residential team. This role supports participants across up to four programs, with a fixed weekly schedule.

The position emphasizes dignity, safety, and community integration in a respectful, caring environment. Responsibilities include assisting individuals, following case management protocols, and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

• BA degree and CNA are encouraged but not required.
• First Aid, CPR, Map and PABC trained preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to NuPath Day Program participants.
• Support individuals through day or residential services to participate in community activities.
• Ensure case management, advocacy, safety, and records follow agency protocols.
• Attend staff and supervision meetings and adhere to agency policies.
• Maintain required First Aid, CPR, Map, and PABC training.
