Job summary

NuPath, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Full Time Service Worker to provide day program and residential support for individuals with disabilities.

The floater role covers up to four programs with a consistent weekly schedule, assisting participants in living safely and engaging with their communities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow agency policies, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• BA degree and CNA are encouraged but not required.
• Female staff is sought per Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFFQ).

Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist and support individuals in Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle.
• Support individuals, via day or residential supports, to participate in their communities.
• Ensure case management, advocacy, safety, and record-keeping are followed.
• Attend staff and supervision meetings as required.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, MAP trained.
