Job summary

NuPath, Inc. in Woburn, MA is seeking a Full Time Residential Team Leader (floater) to support Day Programs and residential services across up to four locations, including Woburn, Lincoln and Lowell. The role includes a fixed weekly schedule with dynamic work locations.

We aim to empower people with disabilities to live with dignity in safe, caring communities. A BA and CNA are encouraged but not required; you must have First Aid, CPR, MAP and PABC training, and we are seeking a male staff

Qualifications

• BA degree and CNA encouraged but not required.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, MAP and PABC trained.
• Experience serving individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist NuPath Day Program participants to live a healthy, safe, and secure life.
• Support individuals through day or residential services and encourage community participation.
• Ensure adherence to case management, advocacy, safety, community membership, and records.
• Follow agency policies and actively participate in staff and supervision meetings.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, MAP, PABC trained.
• Male staff is sought in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification.
