Schedule: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
Three days: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Two days: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
On-call rotation
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field
One year of experience in a residential mental health setting
Supervisory skills
Knowledge of community resources and agencies
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Team Leader, you will provide direct oversight of an A+GRP Residential Group Home. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, managing scheduling, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in accordance with DMHAS regulations. You will collect and analyze data for the program's Quality Improvement Plan, focusing on outcome measures, resource utilization, engagement, and client satisfaction. You will also develop and implement treatment plans and clinical documentation, while providing direct services to residents and supporting their integration into the community. In this role, you will advocate for residents by collaborating with treatment providers to develop recovery-focused interventions. You will facilitate House Council meetings and coordinate programming to promote a supportive environment. Additionally, you must be available for emergency situations and provide coverage at residences as needed.
