Job summary

NuPath, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Service Worker in Wilmington, MA to provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities across day and residential programs. The role emphasizes safety, community integration, and adherence to program policies while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certified preferred.
• MAP training required or willing to obtain.
• Experience in human services or residential settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist NuPath Day Programs participants to live healthy, safe lives in a supportive community.
• Support individuals in day or residential programs to participate in community activities.
• Ensure case management, advocacy, safety, and records protocols are followed.
• Attend staff and supervision meetings and follow agency policies.
• Be trained in First Aid, CPR, MAP as required.
• This position requires female staff per Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFFQ).

Full Time Service Worker Wilmington, MA, US

Salary Range: $21.86 To $22.86 Hourly

Location: Wilmington
Salary Range: $21.86 plus $1.00 more for Map Certification
Schedule: 40 hrs Monday 9a-5p, Tuesday 9a-5p, Thursday 9a-5p, Friday 9a-5p and Saturday 3p-11p

This Residential Team Leader position is a floater position. A floater is assigned to a maximum of 4 residential programs. The floater has a set weekly schedule, but the work location will be of the programs assessed by the Associate Director of Residential Services.

Job Responsibilities

• Physically and emotionally assist and support the individuals of NuPath Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle, in a clean, safe, secure community life.
• To support individuals, through either day supports or residential supports, to be an integral part of their communities and to choose and participate in the community activities of their choice.
• Ensure all aspects and protocols of case management, advocacy, safety, and community membership, and case records are followed.
• Follow all agency policies and attend/participate actively in staff and supervision meetings.
• Must be First Aid, CPR, MAP trained
• Due to the requirements of this position, we are seeking a Female staff in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification Requirement (BFFQ).
