Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Maine seeks a dedicated Residential Support Worker to assist adults with mental health challenges in our five group homes. You will help residents with daily activities, support treatment plans, and connect them with community resources.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain MHRT-1 certification; training is provided. You’ll work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to help people live as independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Training will be provided for required certifications; MHRT-1 included.
• Must meet state ME mental health licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities and community engagement.
• Assist in developing individual treatment plans and access to services.
• Provide advocacy and encourage participation in activities 24/7 coverage with flexible shifts.
