Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Maine is seeking Residential Support Workers to assist adults with mental health challenges in group homes. The role covers 24/7 shifts, advocating for clients and supporting engagement in daily activities while helping develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Training provided; prior experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain MHRT-1 certification including CPR/FA, Behavior Intervention Training, MHSS, and CRMA.
• Ability to comply with State of ME mental health licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with a range of mental health challenges.
• Advocate for clients and encourage engagement in daily activities.
• Assist in developing individual treatment plans.
• Establish community supports and access to activities.

Skills
