Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Maine operates five group homes, including Auburn/Lewiston locations, and seeks Residential Support Workers to help adults live as independently as possible by providing person-centered support, advocacy, and engagement in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, coordinating community supports, and supporting 24/7 coverage with flexible shifts; candidates need a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be willing to obtain MHRT-1 certification, including CPR/FA, Behavior Intervention Training, MHSS, and CRMA.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with a range of challenges to live as independently as possible.
• Advocate for clients and encourage engagement in daily activities.
• Assist in developing individual treatment plans and establish community supports.
