Job summary

Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is seeking a full-time Residential Monitor in New Britain, CT. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, providing transportation, and supporting program teams.

The position is a float, primarily based at the main site (66 Clinic Dr) with coverage at other residential programs as needed. The shift runs Thursday through Monday, 10:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with case management and mental health concepts is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and routine chores.
• Provide transportation to appointments and document client progress.
• Cooperate with program staff to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Maintain safety, security and cleanliness of the environment.
• Complete shift notes and documentation timely and accurately.
