Job summary

Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is seeking a Residential Monitor for the 3rd shift (Friday through Monday, 11:30pm–7:30am) at 66 Clinic Drive, New Britain, CT.

The role provides client support, transportation to appointments, and adherence to safety and care protocols. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain MANDT, First Aid, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and routine chores.
• Provide transportation to appointments and document client progress.
• Supervise medication administration per protocols and maintain shift notes.
• Ensure safety and report incidents following policies and procedures.
