Job summary

A community mental health organization in New Britain is seeking a Part-Time Residential Monitor for their Transitional Living Center program. This role involves supporting clients in achieving daily living skills, providing transportation, and maintaining a safe environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid CT driver’s license. Training will be provided, including certifications in First Aid and CPR. Compensation is $19.00 per hour, with additional benefits including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CT driver's license.
• Will become certified in MANDT, First Aid, and CPR.
• Participate in trainings on an annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills and activities.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments.
• Complete shift notes and required client documentation.
• Maintain safety and monitor the living environment.
