Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd shift) for a residential treatment facility providing substance use and restorative justice services.

You will supervise and support residents and help with daily activities. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, documenting behaviors, assisting with treatment goals, responding to emergencies, administering medications, transporting residents, facilitating groups, and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and medical clearances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional demeanor.
• Preferred: experience in behavioral health or related coursework.
• Willingness to complete relevant trainings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residents in a residential treatment facility.
